My Story
From the Front Lines to $90 Million in Global Growth
My journey in the global marketing world didn’t start in a corner office. It started on the phones.
Two decades ago, I was the voice on the other end of the line—a Call Center Agent taking orders and calming frustrations. But I had a burning curiosity. I didn't just want to answer questions; I wanted to understand what made the entire engine run. What motivated a sales force? How did a product cross borders and build a community? What turned a "no" into a "yes"?
That curiosity became my career. I eagerly moved from resolving conflicts to managing projects, from training teams to designing the sales strategies themselves. I climbed the ladder at industry giants, not by waiting for an opportunity, but by seeking out the next problem to solve. With every promotion, I gained a new piece of the puzzle: operations, logistics, international law, and the art of leadership.
Then came the big leap into the global arena. I was entrusted with a monumental task: take brands into new countries. I became an architect of international expansion, navigating the complex mazes of legal entities, regulatory approvals, and banking in Latin America and Europe. I’ve launched over 60 products into new markets, built call centers from the ground up, and perhaps most proudly, recruited, mentored, and empowered armies of sales professionals.
The result of all these moving parts? The strategies I've led and the teams I've built have generated over $90 million in worldwide sales.
But here’s the truth I learned on that journey: sustainable success isn’t just about systems and strategy. It’s about spirit. The most efficient operation in the world will falter without a motivated, connected, and empowered team. The best compensation plan is meaningless without a leader who can inspire belief.
That’s why my work today is a fusion of both worlds.
After decades as an operations executive, I became a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Certified Leadership in Business Consultant. I realized that the ultimate tool for growth isn't just a better process; it's a more aligned and resilient leader.
